Description

Responsibilities include diet preparation and feedings, daily enclosure cleaning, implementation of enrichment program, educational program presentations, assisting with habitat building and participation in annual fundraiser events.

Education and Pre-requisites

*Minimum of two (2) years of related studies in biology, zoology or animal science.
*Prior animal husbandry experience.
*Ability to interface with the public.
*Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
*Must be willing to work in inclement weather and lift 50 pounds.

Compensation and benefits

On-site living is provided including phone and utilities and a monthly stipend.
