Purpose
The Manager of the Bylaws shall annually review the Bylaws of the Association and shall recommend changes, if any, to the Board of Directors. If required a Committee will be convened by the Association President to draft the Bylaw revisions. The committee consists of a minimum of five members, two of which shall be member of the Board of Directors. Appointments are made at the discretion of the President.
