AAZK Announces 2024 Recharter Process Updates

In preparation for the 2024 recharter process please note the following updates:

  • A new recharter email address has been established for all recharter correspondence in 2024. Please send recharter process questions, requests for recharter electronic payment invoices, completed 2024 recharter documents – sections 2-5 (if you choose to submit pdf documents via email) to: recharter@aazk.org
  • The 2024 Recharter kick off email, 2024 introduction letter & sections 2-5 – required recharter documents will be sent to Chapter Presidents on Monday January 15, 2024. The email will be sent from the new recharter email address: recharter@aazk.org
  • Updated 2024 Chapter Recharter materials such as the AAZK Chapter Recharter Instruction Manual & Chapter Recharter Guide Video ( a step-by-step video tutorial for completing the annual Chapter Recharter Packet) will be available on the AAZK Member Resource Center under the Chapter Operations Resource tab after January 15, 2024.
  • The AAZK Resource Committee will host virtual “How to complete the recharter process” sessions in February 2024, more details about times/dates will be shared in the kick-off email sent to the Chapter Presidents on Monday January 15, 2024.
