Description
North Georgia Zoo and Farm is home to Wildlife Wonders and Paradise Valley Farm. North Georgia Zoo is a Christian based Zoological Institution that with the goal of bringing people and animals together to learn more about God’s Creation. Conservation starts with education. The visitor experience lead plays a huge role in positive impact on those coming to the zoo. You will be Working with visitors and staff to create a positive visitor experience. This includes but not limited to help in overseeing the variety of aspects that are under visitor experience: Including but not limited to: Opening and closing, gift shop, general admission, ticket booth, following up with members, general grounds appearance, animal meet and greets, scheduling tours and activities, public relations opportunities and much more.
Education and Pre-requisites
*some management experience
* some animal experience
* some customer service experience
*must be great with people
*willing to train the right person
Must be able to learn quickly.
Must be able to multitask
Must be able to manage and work well with people
Will be required to learn and be able to do all the aspects of the areas you will be helping oversee which includes: tours, encounters, ticket booth, register, scheduling, opening and closing, setting up front exhibit animals, livestock area and much more
Compensation and benefits
$360-$420 weekly. Pay consumate with experience
