Denver Zoo’s Animal Care Department has an opportunity for a Temporary Carnivore Zookeeper to assist the animal care staff in providing the safe exhibition, handling, feeding, and husbandry of animals in the Carnivore Department. The Carnivore Department is responsible for a variety of species including, but not limited to, Grizzly Bear, Amur Tigers, Amur Leopards, North American River Otters, and Pinnipeds. The Carnivore Department participates in educational public demonstrations, behind the scenes tours, and after hour events. This is a 40 hour a week position.
