Description
Safe Haven Rescue Zoo is an accredited wildlife sanctuary located in northern Nevada that provides lifelong care for rescued exotics. Candidates will be responsible for daily animal care, educational presentations to the public and assist with habitat building.
Education and Pre-requisites
Applicants must be 21 years of age with at least two (2) years of related studies in biology, zoology or animal husbandry.
Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
Must be willing to work in inclement weather and be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Compensation and benefits
A monthly stipend and onsite housing is provided, including all utilities, phone and internet.
