Description

Wild Wonders in San Diego County has openings available for Keeper/education internships. Interns will learn all aspects of Husbandry in a zoological collection including but not limited to: medical support, onsite and offsite education programs, positiive reinforcement conditioning, nutrition, and habitat maintenance and enhancement. The internships are 4 days/week for 3 months(arrangements can me made for 3 days per week for 4 months).

Education and Pre-requisites

currently enrolled in a zoology or related program or recent graduate.
Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions such as heat.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. Covid vaccinated
