Description
Alabama Safari Park is seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent observation skills, strong work ethic, and at least one year of previous paid hoofstock experience. This candidate will be responsible for daily animal care, herd management, maintaining records, assisting with breeding programs, as well as being part of the team that monitors visitor interaction with animals within their care.
Education and Pre-requisites
• 1 year previous hoofstock experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Animal or Biological Sciences preferred
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn
• Must be able to adhere to strict uniform requirements, including no visible tattoos
• Maintain a tobacco-free work environment
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to work weekends and holidays
Compensation and benefits
