Description
ZooWorld Zoological Park is a 5 acre zoo specializing in up close animal experiences and providing phenomenal guest service. We house 200 animals and a unique and fully immersive space.
ZooWorld is seeking a General Curator to manage the animal care and education teams
Education and Pre-requisites
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in a supervisory role with a minimum of 8 consecutive years of zoological experience. Preference will be given to individuals who possess expertise in staff leadership, project management and/or have a successful and provable background in breeding exotic species.
ZooWorld’s leadership team is hands on and takes a dynamic approach to staff management. The General Curator should enjoy leading by example and growing and developing amazing keepers.
