Animal Care Team: Keeper, Full Time

Animal Adventure is an interactive, educational facility operating in upstate New York. We are a growing facility, with a diverse collection, home to over 100 species. Keepers are assigned areas based on experience, and also cross trained to broaden abilities and skill set.

Immediate start available, latest start September 1st.
Full Time; 40 hours per week
Position requires:
Knowledge & experience of diet prep, enrichment, and other animal care essential duties
Intense physical labor
Attention to detail
High standard for cleanliness and care
Compassion & Patience
Sociable personality with eagerness to interact and educate guests
Knowledge of USDA regulations & standards
Education and Pre-requisites
Seeking individuals with degree in zoology or appropriate sciences, prior zoological facility experience a plus.
