Description
We are growing and Looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented team member that can catch the vision and help in the process of continuing to expand, grow while keeping things organized, running smoothly and guest happy.
Jobs include but not limited to:
overseeing and ensuring the zoo is ready for guest. Areas are cleaned, set up and ready. Assisting in schedules for tours, encounters, talks and more. Assisting ticket booth/ front end staff as needed. Interacting with guest and collecting data on how to continually improve on guest experience. Keeping data and notes organized and sent out, attending event as a representative of the zoo as needed, implementing new procedures, charts, schedules to help improve the system.
Must work well in a team setting, must be able to delegate well or step in as needed and work directly in areas. Must be a quick learner, able to pay attention to detail, stay organized and efficient.
Will be training to do some encounters, animal handling, creature features and tours
Education and Pre-requisites
Experience in Customer Service
Experience in a zoological setting
Experience with animals
Ability to catch the vision and creating an experience for guest to help them connect and catch the vision also.
Compensation and benefits
$380-$480 DOE
