The Wild Animal Sanctuary-Texas, formerly known as International Exotic Animal Sanctuary, is seeking a responsible, dedicated, full-time animal caretaker to join our team in Boyd, TX. Position is salaried with a 90-day probationary period. Successful candidates will have excellent decision-making, time management, and communication skills, be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, excellent work ethic, work well in a team environment, and passionate about the care and welfare of rescued captive exotic animals.
Exotic animal care/handling experience at an accredited facility is desired but not mandatory.
