Our Internships offer valuable learning experiences for candidates interested in working around Big Cats and Primates.  Tiger World has internship positions available every quarter. This is a great opportunity to gain zoo and exotic animal experience.

Looking for two [2] keeper/education interns for San Diego north wildlife center

Interns will gain basic knowledge on how to properly care for exotic felines and bears. 

Interns will gain basic knowledge on how to properly care for exotic animals and what it takes to run a Sanctuary like IEAS.  They may have the opportunity to be more involved with keeper activities during the last two months of their internship. 

Interns will be involved in providing conservation education tours to the public, presentations to schools, and assisting with fund-raising for the Sanctuary. 

The Utica Zoo is offering Animal Care and Education Department Internships for the 2010 summer season.  The internship begins June 1 and lasts for approximately nine [9] weeks.  Interns will work under the direct supervision of the animal care staff and assist in all aspects of their daily activities.  The internship is unpaid.  Housing available for a fee.

Looking for a dynamic, outgoing personality that is comfortable with people and animals but would like to train more and excel at public presentations.

Will be trained to do outreach programs, tours at the zoo and generally help in all aspects of the zoo. 

Three-month summer internship
