Description

The Wildlife Waystation has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Full-Time Outreach and Training Coordinator.

Requirements:
Hands on experience caring for/working with exotic animals
Experience with positive reinforcement training
Experience with public presentations
Responsible and organized.
Able to follow directions
Team player
Positive attitude and outlook
Able to handle stress and pressure
No physical limitations
Must be able to lift/carry at least 50#
Valid driver license and good driving record
Current TB test

Starting pay $15.00/hr plus benefits.

Current outreach animals include: psittacines, hedgehogs, ferrets, rabbits, opossums, hawks, owls, eagle, small felids, …?
Current training animals include: coatimundi, raccoon, bobcat, serval…?
