Description
Interns will be responsible for assisting keeper and education staff with the general husbandry, training and presentation of our ambassador animals in our collection.
Responsibilities
Diet prep, enrichment, socialization, assisting with minor medical procedures, general husbandry, assisting in presentations. Intern will complete a project to be evaluated at the close of the internship
Requirements
• must be available a minimum of three [3] days/week
• must have own transportation and housing
• must be available for a minimum of three [3] months
• must currently be enrolled in university or recently graduated
