AAZK PHOTO MODEL RELEASE FORMS

We would like to begin putting together a library of photographs to be utilized in Animal Keepers' Forum either as an occasional four-color cover or in conjunction with material inside the journal. We plan to gather this photo library electronically. Photographers interested in submitting photos should send them to denise.wagner@aazk.org. Photos should be high resolution and in either .jpg or.tif format. When sending, please include common and scientific name of species featured in the photo. Please put "Photo Library" in the subject line. Each photo must be accompanied by a Photo Release Form available for download below. You may submit the form electronically to Denise at the above address or print it out, obtain required signatures and send by regular mail to: Susan Chan, AAZK Inc., 3601 SW 29th St., Suite 133, Topeka, KS 66614-2054. Attn: photo release.

AAZK, Inc. does not pay for photographs, but will give appropriate photo credit to individual photographers and/or institutions whenever a photo is utilized and a copy of the AKF issue in which the photograph appears will be sent to the photographer and/or institution.
